Linking theory and practice with advanced learning technologies, Lawrence Technological University's mission is to provide superior undergraduate, graduate, and lifelong learning for leadership, professional achievement, and civic excellence. Lawrence Tech has a reputation for rigorous programs. Student projects that apply classroom studies are a hallmark - from solar-powered housing and other alternative energy initiatives, to a first-of-its-kind $8 million highway bridge reinforced with carbon fiber, to urban design projects that aid the development of neighborhoods and communities. Each Lawrence Tech undergrad receives a customized high end laptop computer included with tuition. Lawrence Tech is Michigan's first wireless laptop campus.
