Olivet Nazarene University, a private, Christian, liberal arts university located 50 minutes south of Chicago, offers over 100 areas of study and 14 study-abroad opportunities, including places like China, Egypt, Russia and England. Seventy-four percent of Olivet's faculty members hold a Ph. D. or the highest degree in their field. Olivet is also home to Shine. fm/WONU, a student- run 35, 000-watt radio station ranked among the nation's top contemporary Christian music stations for its format. In addition, the Weber Center, which has garnered attention from other colleges for its impressive technology, is just one example of the University's commitment to leading-edge facilities.
