Big Picture
The school is a little too small for my taste but that is steadily changing because as of my class year each class of freshman is getting bigger and bigger. They are slowly making the school larger. As soon as you tell someone that you are a WPI student the reaction is 99 times out of a 100 going to be a "WOW." And its no surprise cause this school isnt easy (some classes are though its not too bad). We study hard and we party hard (some of us). Thats a good thing about the school too- whether you like to party or its totally not your thing you can always find a clique of people you can connect with. Hands down the best thing about WPI is greek life- it is the life of the school pretty much.
Academic Life
Hard classes are inevitable you have to study but not an enormous amount. My personal take is that classes get easier as you go up- freshman year was hard for me cause of the adjustment of the rigor of classes but I'm doing alot better now already in my sophmore year.
Student Body
Theres all different types of people here. Really dynamic can't really put a label on it. But we do love to brag about how much we'll be making when we graduate- we all know grads and senior already getting huge offers.
