Peace College changed its name in July of 2011 to William Peace University and announced a decision to become coeducational in our traditional day program (men were already enrolled in evening degree-completion programs). Peace graduates consistently rate Peace in the top 10% nationwide on the National Survey of Student Engagement. On average, over 90% of graduates are placed in graduate school or a job within a year of graduation. The mission of William Peace University is to prepare students for the organizations of tomorrow. Rooted in the liberal arts tradition, the student develops an appreciation for life-long learning, a focus on meaningful careers and skills for ethical citizenship.
