Big Picture
There's always stuff to do in Seattle. Most people are quite liberal!!!! Totally sweet!! I love the size of SU and the classes. Most are just about between 20 and 30 people. There's tons of stuff to do on campus as well. Sometimes, you forget that you're in the middle of a big city if you live on campus. Take time to explore. The administration is okay. Not the best, but they will hear you out quite well. One thing I'll always remember about SU: The Senior Streak. eeeeeek.
Academic Life
Professors know your name. There are a lot of studious people at SU. There's a big focus on class participation. It is quite common to spend time with professors outside of class. I've gone out to lunch with two of mine. The academics help achieve whatever you want to achieve. They're really good at helping you find jobs too. It's a social justice oriented school. Just wanted to mention.
Student Body
Mostly liberal students. Most are very accepting. Dress is really whatever you want it to be. Most are very friendly. Students at SU are from all over the globe. There are a lot of activists on campus too.
