Manhattanville College is a small, private institution located in Westchester County, N.Y., about 30 miles northeast of New York City. At Manhattanville, students can get involved outside the classroom by joining more than 50 clubs, working for the campus radio station, and attending the university’s many events, such as comedy shows and movie nights on the quad. Student athletes can try out for the Manhattanville College Valiants varsity sports teams, which compete in the NCAA Division III Middle Atlantic Conferences. Jean Kennedy, sister of former President John F. Kennedy, attended Manhattanville College and played matchmaker while there to her brothers, former Senators Robert and Ted Kennedy, by introducing them to women they would later marry.

At Manhattanville College, we offer a rigorous academic experience within a nurturing environment. Every one of our 1,700 undergraduate students is able to make his or her own personal contribution to our community, which is surprisingly diverse. Students come to our beautiful 100-acre campus from more than 48 states and 64 countries. Set in prosperous and thriving Westchester County, New York, our campus offers the spaciousness and leisurely pace of a suburban location along with the resources of New York City, which is just 30 minutes away. Many students choose to spend a semester abroad living, interning, and studying in NYC.
