| School mission: | UW-Parkside is a four-year liberal arts university committed to high quality and relevant educational programs. The campus is set on 700 acres of natural Wisconsin prairie and woodlands. Five thousand students choose from 30 undergraduate majors and three graduate degree programs. It is one of just a few U.S. universities offering an undergraduate major in bioinformatics. The Business Department is accredited by the AACSB. UW-Parkside is the most ethnically diverse campus in the UW System; students of color account for almost 20 percent of the total enrollment. It is the only NCAA Division II university in Wisconsin. |
