| Mission | |
| School mission: | Tabor College is a Christian Liberal Arts college dedicated to preparing people for a life of learning, work, and service. The College aspires to be a college of choice for students who want an academically excellent, life-transforming, globally relevant, and decidedly Christian education. The school is affiliated with the Mennonite Brethren Church, part of the Anabaptist Evangelical stream of Protestant Christianity and a member of the Council of Christian Colleges and Universities. The main residential campus is located in Hillsboro, Kansas with an extension site in Wichita, Kansas that houses the School of Adult and Graduate Studies. Most residential students are involved in athletics, theater, music, and service organizations. Graduates receive both a liberal arts education and professional vocational preparation. Students have opportunities for multiple intercultural and international experiences during January Interterm. Tabor is the first private college in Kansas to become part of the Academic Quality Improvement Project of the North Central Association. |
