Chestnut Hill College is a close-knit community offering personalized one-on-one contact between faculty and students. A unique collaborative opportunity is the Sisters of St. Joseph Association of Colleges Student Exchange Program (ACSSJ), which offers students the opportunity to study at one of seven other U.S. colleges sponsored by the Sisters of St. Joseph. The College is a member of the Southeastern Pennsylvania Consortium for Higher Education (SEPCHE), a consortium of eight independent higher education institutions in the Greater Philadelphia region. Positive outcomes for students include extensive course offerings through cross registration plus the richness of sharing in the resources of seven excellent colleges. Our campus location combines the best of center city of Philadelphia, only a short train ride away; the charm of colonial Chestnut Hill, just up the hill; and the sylvan beauty of Fairmount Park, directly across the street.
