| School mission: | Endicott College was the first College in the nation to require all students to complete yearly internships. Today, Endicott remains dedicated to that vision and every student completes a first-year seminar, three work-experience internships, senior seminar and a senior thesis. Endicott's competency-based curriculum exposes students to their field of study early in the program. Students select from 23 Bachelor programs, 27 concentrations, and 27 minors. Master programs are offered in Business, Education, and Computer Science. The core emphasizes research, communication, creative and analytic skills. The mission emphasizes values, community service, technological competency, diversity, international awareness, and ultimately, lives open to change. |
